ONE DAY TOUR: Koh Ker & Beng Mealea

Morning, your private Angkor Tourist Guide and driver will pick you up at your self-booked hotel at around 07:30 AM, take you to buy temples ticket is $USD15 (on your own account) at the ticket office and then escort you to the heart of Koh Ker located about 120km away from Siem Reap town, is a 10th-century temple complex in the north Cambodian jungle. A former capital of the Khmer Empire, the site is now remote and heavily forested. The main structure, Koh Ker Temple, is a stepped 7-tiered pyramid. The large rectangular tank, Rahal Baray, supplied water to the complex. The Prasat Linga meaning (Phallus Temple), is known for its sandstone statue, while Prasat Chrap - Prasat Damrei - Prasat Neang Khmau and Prasat Pram is covered in strangler figs.

Afternoon, we will take you to buy temple ticket and going to visit Beng Mealea is unrestored, and in a fairly ruinonus state, the large temple of Beng Mealea (Lotus Pond) still covered by vegetation and walking into the temple liked Indiana Jonese.

The whole one day Beng Mealea & Koh Ker will come to an end here. The guide and driver will transfer you back to your hotel.

Additional Info

Please dress properly cloths for visiting temples, no shorts, and no tank tops. Just decent clothing. A T-shirt is OK, a singlet is not. If you wear shorts and T-Shirts make sure they are long enough to be knee length and shoulders covered. No scarf or shawl.
